Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order, and a contract is formed, when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly; if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Availability

Product pages show whether an item is in stock in our shop, ordered in from the manufacturer, or a pre-order, with an estimated dispatch time. Estimates are given in good faith based on manufacturer lead times and are not guaranteed. If an order-in item becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund it.

Product information

Descriptions, specifications and images are provided by the manufacturers. Dart weights are nominal and may vary slightly. Colours may differ slightly from the images shown.

Age

Darts have sharp points and are not toys. Steel tip darts are not suitable for children under 14.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our returns policy for how to cancel or return.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
