Refund policy

Your right to cancel

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of the day you receive them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery, then return the goods within 14 days of telling us.

Condition of returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Darts that have been thrown, points that have been fitted, or flights and shafts that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We may reduce a refund if goods have been handled beyond what is needed to check them.

Custom and personalised items

Custom sets built with the Dart Builder are made up of standard stock parts and can be returned under the same terms. Engraved or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

Email contact@bracknelldarts.co.uk with your order number and we will confirm the return address and a returns reference. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods that are not faulty, and we recommend a tracked service. You can also bring returns to our shop at Moss End Garden Village during opening hours.

Refunds

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof of posting, if earlier). The original standard delivery charge is refunded when a whole order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period; express delivery upgrades are not refunded.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can return faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund, or after that for a repair or replacement. If we have sent the wrong item or it arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage.

Back-ordered items

If part of your order is ordered in from the manufacturer, you can cancel that part for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.
